After two months of training, Pacquiao and Marquez officially break out of their respective training camp to head in Las Vegas to officially begin the fight week of their mega-fight championship event. The two boxers start with the Las Vegas Grand Arrivals which will be open to the viewing public.

Juan Manuel Marquez with Hall of Fame trainer Ignacio “Nacho” Beristáin and Hall of Fame promoter Bob Arum arrive Monday, November 7.

Manny Pacquiao with five-time Trainer of the Year Freddie Roach and Top Rank promoter Bob Arum arrive Tuesday, November 8.

Cortez called the two boxer in the center ring to continue the round and Ortiz extend his purpose of handshaking to Mayweather where suddenly he was shot by left hook and right straight.

Ortiz was knockout by Mayweather on the 4th round of action! Also, the video included the hot conversation of Mayweather vs Larry Merchant where confrontation exploded! Mayweather angrily asked HBO to FIRE him and Merchant answered it "I wish I was 50 years younger and I'll kick your ass!"

Kellerman brought up last September's verbal confrontation between
the fighters, which took place when Mosley entered the ring after Mayweather won
a decision over Juan Manuel Marquez.

"When it got crazy in the ring. I told them 'I'm not the matchmaker, I'm not the matchmaker. Eventually I will make it happen.' Everything takes time and I'm
happy that we're facing each other on May 1st," Mayweather said.

Kellerman brought out a magazine from 1999, where Mayweather and Mosley were featured on the cover and the title of the cover page said "who is the future of
boxing?" Kellerman asked Mosley for his opinion on why Mayweather, between the two of them, went on to become such a mega-star. Mosley thinks it's a combination of
Mayweather's mouth and his skills.

"He has the gift of gab and he really talks a lot of smack.
I have to give it to him because he's been backing it up and beating these guys
down," Mosley said."When I get in there you are going to feel me. You are going
to feel every bit of me."

Mayweather answered back - "Come May 1st he's going to have to make me respect his skills."

And then Mosley cut in - "The reason I fought [Antonio] Margarito is because I wanted to become the best welterweight out there and I did that."

Mayweather hit back - "I proved that I'm the best. That's what you're here to try to do. 40 have tried and all 40 have had a gameplan. Out of the 40, some say 'oh,
I hit hard, I'm super strong or I'm fast."

Mosley brought up a moment from the year 2000, when he was undefeated and one of the best pound for pound fighters in the sport. He went to Mayweather's dressing
room before a fight and claims Mayweather told him 'I think you're a great fighter and I want to be just like you when I get up in the ranks.'

Mayweather jumped in - "Guess what Shane, I never wanted to be like no fighter. I wanted to be the fight Floyd Mayweather. Like I said, come May 1st you're going
to have to make me respect your fighting skills."

Mosley - "And I will."

Mayweather - "But you're going to have to show me."

Mosley - "I'm going to show you and everybody else around."

Mayweather - "You're going to have to show me. You don't have to show them, you have to show me."

Mosley - "You're going to find out too."

Mosley was asked for his opinion on Manny Pacquiao turning him down, while
Mayweather agreed to fight him.

Boxing Scene sports portal posted Terence Dooley article about Billy Graham analysis on the upcoming mega-fight of Mayweather and Mosley on May 1, 2010 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, Nevada.

Billy Graham is a veteran boxing trainer who brought the fight of Floyd Mayweather against Ricky Hatton last December 2007. He sadly recognized the power of Floyd punches on Hatton's tenth-round knockout. Indeed, he believes a very special and talented fighter can beat Floyd 'Money' Mayweather.

Here's a little overview of Billy Graham point of view:

Graham’s respect for Floyd, always healthy, burgeoned during the course of the Hatton fight when he saw just how effective Floyd can on the inside, as well as how cruel and calculating Floyd is when in puncher mode.

“Floyd is flash but he is a much nicer person than he portrays himself to be, he is a gentleman in person, that flashiness is his MO but if you think there is nothing more to him than that you are making a huge mistake,” warned ‘The Preacher’.

“Floyd is one tough bastard. If he can have an easy night then he’ll make it easy, he isn’t bothered about what the crowd thinks, which could be seen as a sign of his mental strength, and is not bothered if the fight is dreary for the onlooker. For Floyd, it is all about negating your strengths and getting the win.

Graham, though, is not prepared to write Shane off; he believes that Vernon Forrest, who took away Shane’s ‘0’ and then out-pointed Mosley in the return match, took a lot out of Shane and that it took Mosley a few years to get those reverses out of his system. Ominously, ‘The Viper’ utilised a box-clinching style to break Shane’s rhythm, this technique is often employed by Floyd; Graham believes that Shane will have to face his worst stylistic nightmare as well as upping his own game once again if he is to prevail.

“Shane could do this,” warned Graham. “Shane will have more to offer Floyd, he’s coming off a huge win, and has preserved himself well, just like Floyd. Shane will be up for this; he’s called for it. But if I had to bet on it then I’d go for Floyd although he will find this tougher than a Pacquiao fight; Manny is a great fighter but Shane is a great big fighter. The main worry is that Floyd, who was more than a match for Vernon Forrest in terms of ability, will come out with the perfect gameplan, just like Vernon did, and take the play away from Shane early in the fight.

Now the pressure is on Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Manny Pacquiao demolished Joshua Clottey via unanimous decision last March 13, 2010 while Mayweather must take care first "Sugar" Shane Mosley on their May 1 bout.

A Mayweather loss two months from now at the MGM Grand where Mosley’s World Boxing Association (WBA) welterweight crown will be at stake, could be very damaging.

"The people want that fight, they want to see that fight so it’s up to him," said Pacquiao, giving the crowd of more than 50,000 inside the Cowboys Stadium the reason to roar minutes after the current holder of the mythical pound-for-pound title retained his WBO title belt with a dominating performance over Joshua Clottey.

"But he should win against Mosley. If not, Mosley and I will fight."

Freddie Roach, Pacquiao’s outspoken trainer, challenged Mayweather to just concentrate on his work as a boxer and let the boxing body do its own job.

"It’s the fight the world wants to see. Me and Manny want to see it. Floyd, let the (boxing) commission do its job. You don’t run the sport. Get into the ring and fight us," he said.

And Roach believes once they make the fight, Pacquiao will show not even an excellent defensive fighter like Mayweather could withstand the Pacman’s power.

"If we get that fight, I have no doubt in my mind that Manny would break through that defense by just pounding on his shoulder until it breaks," Roach said.

"We will show how to crush that Mayweather defense and we will crush him."

Top Rank Promotions’ Bob Arum was in the same page as Roach, saying the rules of the state commission where the fight will be held should be the ones to be followed, and not by any personal demands made outside of the negotiations.
