Mayweather vs. Maidana 2 results - Floyd Mayweather wins rematch by unanimous decision

Floyd Mayweather was defensively and strategically so good against Marcos Maidana in their Showtime PPV rematch, September 13 in Las Vegas, Nevada as he improves to 47-0.

Mayweather won the match cleary scoring unanimously 115-112, 116-111, 116-111.

Money Mayweather did a lot of movement in the ring and avoid the ropes to minimize Maidana's plan of pining him to launch his traps and punches.

Maidana did scored in the third round, landing a nice blow right before the bell. He then capitalized on the fourth round but Floyd recovered successfully in the middle of the round.

In round 8, a bizarre moment where Floyd claim he was bit in his hand when headlock has happened between the two pugilists.

Kenny Bayless deducted a point to Maidana in round 9 for throwing Mayweather in the ground after a clinch.

Maidana is so desperate that only knockout is the salvation but Mayweather's is too smart to knew it and avoid the Argentinian hard-hitting puncher in the final round of their rematch.

It's over and Mayweather just take home another big payday of $32 million.

IBF super bantamweight champion Leo Santa Cruz demolished former sparring partner and woefully overmatched challenger Manuel Roman in Round 2.

Mickey Bey scored an upset split-decision victory over Miguel Vazquez to capture the IBF Lightweight Championship in a fight wholly devoid of action.

In the opening bout of the evening, unheralded James De La Rosa boxed and moved his way to an upset unanimous-decision victory over former junior middleweight contender Alfredo Angulo.
